Description
In the former warehouses of La Pallice, in La Rochelle, Pallice Palace unfolds across over 7,000 m² an ecosystem where industrial heritage and contemporary living perfectly align. The Sporting Club is its finest expression: an outdoor semi-Olympic pool, sauna, steam room, yoga studios, and a wood-finished gym combine to create a wellness journey as meticulous in its details as in its ambitions. The vast spaces impress without overwhelming, the materials tell a story, and every open or built area shares the same vision: to unite, inspire, and make well-being an experience in its own right.

Pallice Palace is today a club on the move. Spanning over 7,000 m², the former warehouses are being transformed into a creative ecosystem where artists’ studios, wellness areas, and event spaces live side by side. This diversity breathes a unique energy, bringing together residents, creators, and professionals in a setting that is both stimulating and welcoming. The impressive volumes never overwhelm, the materials tell a story, and every detail seems designed to strike a balance between heritage and modernity.

The entire project revolves around its four entities, some built, others open to the void. This dialogue between architecture and spatial breathing offers a contemporary reading of heritage, where each space lends itself to a different experience, rich in meaning and emotion.

The open spaces of the Sporting Club invite relaxation as much as sport, while the workspaces are designed to foster positive energy and focus. The harmony between heritage architecture and modern uses is felt throughout, affirming the venue's desire to unite and inspire its occupants.

From its outdoor semi-Olympic swimming pool to its sauna and steam room, along with multi-purpose rooms dedicated to yoga and a weight training area fully equipped with the finest high-end wooden-finished machines, this project sublimes the user's physical experience.
