Description
The PARFUMS DE MARLY brand has renewed its trust in us for the third time to support its development in France, a partnership that demonstrates our expertise in the luxury sector with the creation of their flagship store on Rue Saint-Honoré, following the opening of their boutique on Rue Cambon and the corner at Galeries Printemps Haussmann.
Our team acted as Project Manager for the niche perfume creator, for the realization of this exceptional project at its new premium address: St Honoré.
We managed both the Preliminary Declaration and the Work Authorisation for the ERP (Establishment Open to the Public), ensuring compliance with heritage requirements and facilitating integration into a prestigious environment, at the heart of a district home to flagship stores of renowned brands such as Saint Laurent and Dior.
The facade, with its sober and minimalist lines, is distinguished by a glass entrance and a marble frame, enhancing the building's architecture and bringing remarkable luminosity. The interior reflects the classic style of the Château de Marly, featuring noble materials such as marble and mouldings, white colours and straight lines evoking the era of Louis XIV, a time synonymous with refinement, pleasure and festivities.
Hazard Studio successfully overcame the challenges of architectural integration within a heritage sector while respecting the identity of PARFUMS DE MARLY, ensuring an exemplary finish at every stage.
